HOW WE WORK

Initial FREE Consultation
The initial consultation takes place on site within the first few days of contacting us. It is important to view your environment to discuss your requirements from budget through to design needs, making initial suggestions and to assess how much involvement you will need from us.

Your free initial consultation will take a couple of hours depending on the size of your project. 

This meeting has three main objectives:

  1. It allows us to introduce ourselves and present to you what we do.
  2. It give us an understanding of what you are looking to achieve with your project.
  3. To enable us to complete your design brief and from here we can produce a detailed proposal through mood boards and CAD Designs should you decide to go ahead with our services
Your designer will also use the visit to take you through the next steps needed to move the project forward and the best way for you to achieve this. Following this meeting we will send you an inital proposal covering timeframes and design budget. Upon your approval we move the the design stage.

Design Stage
There are 2 parts to this stage:

  1. Design Boards - We will present you with tailor made detailed design boards, which list all the key elements and materials that make up your bespoke package. The level of detail will cover supply of floor and wall coverings, paint materials, soft furnishings, upholstery materials and window treatments. The sourcing of the furniture, lighting and accessories will also be included, all of which can be purchased through us. 
  2. CAD Design - Depending on the scope of your project this can incude bringing in architects, structural engineers and creating a scaled visual design plan through our own in house CAD design work.
Planning Stage
You may decide to implement the project yourself at this stage and we will give you any reasonable help and advice. However if you would like us to manage the entire project for you we will act on your behalf and use our experience and knowledge to complete the design.

Following your approval of final designs, the specifications are prepared and estimates obtained. Bespoke Lifestyle only uses trusted contractors all of whom are fully qualified and accredited by their respected trade. Bespoke Lifestyle will seek competitive costings and negotiate trade discounts. We will fully co-ordinate and monitor all aspects of the project ensuring quality workmanship.

Supply Stage
We have considerable experience working on projects that require surveyors, architects, structural engineers, planning permission and building regulations.

Project Management:
Bespoke Lifestyle have teams of contractors who we have worked with for a number of years. We take away all hassle of managing contractors: Builders, Fitters, Plumbers, Joiners, Plasterers, Electricians, Decorators & Specialist trades and provide you with the essential support & guidance through the project with regular updates on progress, budgets and timelines. True Project Management! We always assure compliance and quality of all works undertaken.

All sourcing of furniture, flooring, fabrics, lighting, wallpapers, fixtures & fittings, and styling accessories are supplied at competitive rates. A detailed quotation is supplied for client approval and payment is required prior to the placement of any orders, a  fee is charged to cover co-ordination, management of contractors, delivery, installation and legal disposal of any packaging and waste.
